After a decade of consulting in the marketplace and over 15 years in church leadership, I decided to dedicate this season of my life to supporting pastors and the churches they love.

About Me...
Hi. I'm Dr. Gavin Adams, an author, communicator, ministry consultant, leadership coach, and founder of the Church Accelerator Community.
I grew up in a Christian home and placed my faith in Jesus at the age of seven. While I’m grateful for my Christian family and the churches we attended, my experiences with pastors, Christians, and churches weren’t always pleasant.
I never considered leaving my faith, but I pondered leaving corporate religion many times.
I studied marketing in college, and after business school, I worked as a marketing strategist, change management consultant, and operated a marketing agency for a decade. It was during this season that I felt God pulling me into ministry.
Over the next 15 years, I helped plant a church, revitalize a church, pastor a rapidly growing church, lead a mega-church, and lead a campus for North Point Ministries.
In August 2021, I left my role as lead pastor at Woodstock City Church to work with churches and pastors like you.
I’m passionate about the church and bringing our best to it. As a strategist and communicator, I love helping church leaders maximize their mission.
I have an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a Master of Theology and Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University.
